I contacted Sandy Levin to help me stage my home before putting it up for sale. She walked through every room as well as around the perimeter of the house and gave me advice on what to keep, what to move around, what décor updates to make (all reasonable), how to position what we had, and what buyers wanted to see. I followed her advice, painted the kitchen (her recommendation) and put the house on the market. What a difference it made! The realtor pictures looked fabulous and within 48 hours of listing, we had 3 offers on the home! WILLIAM KULESHNormally, I never write reviews. But I feel that the Home Staging that Sandy Levin (with Beautiful Interiors) did, for me, served an important role in the sale of our home. My husband and I have sold homes in the past and we’ve seen them sit far too long on the market. And with this home we had already moved leaving an empty house that was not very inviting for potential buyers. Sandy was very professional. She came into our home and assessed what would be needed. She worked within our budget. She even helped us pick out paint colors that would present our home in more neutral tones. She ordered the furniture needed for the Staging, then came in on the furniture delivery date. Within two days she had our home looking very warm and welcoming to potential buyers. Our realtor brought in many people to view our home and we ended up with multiple offers! We were under contract within a month and closed within three months!
