Investor/New Build Consultation

During the planning stages of your new construction and/or flip, this consultation offers guidance on selection of fixtures including: color, cabinetry, counter tops, flooring, lighting, and more.

Vacant Home Staging

Empty rooms do not show well. We will bring strategically selected furniture, art and accessories to create a warm and inviting space that buyers will want to make an offer on.

Model + New Build Property Staging

We stage using on trend techniques with specific to-the-demographic inventory, showcasing all selling features of your model or new build.

Homeowner Occupied Staging

Properties on the market, that are lived in, have their own unique challenges. We will provide guidance and showcase each room to get the biggest return on investment. Often, we can use the homeowners belongings to showcase the property. Note: Small purchases and rental furniture may be suggested to get the best results.

I am an investor/homebuilder on the Jersey Shore. I completed a four bedroom 3,500 square foot home in Rumson just prior to Thanksgiving. After being on the market for two months, my property had steady traffic, many compliments and no bids.
